Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking experienced Pre-Sales Solution Engineers to join the Informatica Solution Engineering team. You will partner with Account Executives and customers to demonstrate how Informatica solutions address complex data management challenges and drive business transformation.

You will lead discovery sessions, deliver product demonstrations, support PoCs, and provide solution architecture guidance, blending technical depth with strong customer engagement skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with data integration, data governance, data quality, or related enterprise data technologies.
• Ability to build relationships with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to support technical discovery, qualification, and solution alignment throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements for prospective customers.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value and customer outcomes.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including technical teams, decision-makers, and business leaders.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
• Independently manage technical customer engagements and related communications.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve customer experience and product feedback processes.
• Share technical best practices, reusable assets, and knowledge across the Solution Engineering organization.
• Maintain relevant certifications and stay current on cloud, data management, and industry technologies.
• Support technical presentations and demonstrations at customer and marketing events.
• Provide product feedback and solution insights through internal systems and processes.
