Job summary

Maryborough Hotel in Ireland is seeking a Pastry Chef with a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience to join our dedicated pastry team. You will work closely with and report to our Executive Chef, developing and maintaining a pastry section of excellence.

The role requires creativity, professionalism, and enthusiasm, with a focus on quality and customer service. A full working visa is required to join our kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to confidently manage and organise the pastry section.
• Strong knowledge of the food industry, pastry techniques and current trends.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional presentation and a positive attitude at all times.
• A full and valid working visa is required.
