Job summary

SRG in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Contract Senior Business Analyst to lead delivery on a major IT transformation programme within the pensions administration space. You will act as the crucial link between business stakeholders, Operations and software developers to shape and deliver enhancements to the core platform.

With 5+ years in senior business analysis on financial systems transformations, you will drive BRDs, user stories, and process documentation, oversee UAT, and support deployment

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Senior BA on technology/change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Produce BRDs, functional specifications, user stories and process documentation.
• Analyze current and future state processes and translate into development requirements.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, software developers and system architects.
• Support programme planning, prioritisation and delivery activities.
• Manage business requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues and dependencies with regulatory compliance in mind.
• Coordinate UAT and support defect management, sign-off and deployment planning.
• Build relationships across Operations, Technology, Change and Leadership teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support automation.
