Job summary

Adecco Ireland is seeking a Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Dublin (Dublin 24, Ireland). The contract is approximately 11 months, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

You will be a key contributor in the WPDDX Customer Solutions team, translating strategy into actionable requirements. You will work cross-functionally with product, technology, legal, compliance and risk partners to document current state processes, develop use cases, and run end-to-end testing.

Qualifications

• Identify and document current state processes, experiences, use cases, business requirements, and solution documentation.
• Knowledge of workflow design, data analysis, and data visualisation.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write effective stories, summarise, organise and categorise information used for decision making with key stakeholders, product and technology teams and other business partners.
• Effective meeting disciplines, contribute to discussion, document key discussion points and outcomes, and identify deliverables, owners, and target dates.
• Perform end-to-end Business Acceptance Testing and ensure the traceability of test cases.
• Take initiative to communicate issues/client feedback with Business and IT Product Leader(s)/Manager(s) to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Identify and document dependencies across teams.
• Familiar with tools such as Confluence, MIRO, and backlog management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and work management or delivery tracking tools (e.g., Jira or similar).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
