Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Senior Test Analyst for a Life & Pensions programme in Ireland. The role focuses on testing across policy administration, claims, pensions, and related platforms, with strong collaboration across business and tech teams.

You will create and execute test scripts, manage data and environments, and drive defects to resolution in a mostly remote, six-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst within enterprise environments.
• Strong Life Insurance and/or Pensions industry experience.
• Experience working on policy administration, claims, pensions, or related financial services platforms.
• Familiarity with AS400, Life400, or similar legacy insurance systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test scripts, test scenarios, and regression packs.
• Prepare and manage test data, environments, and supporting test artefacts.
• Manage defects through to resolution and support release activities.
