Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Art Director in Dublin, Ireland, to turn complex business and product ideas into bold, memorable creative. You will work with copywriters and strategists to shape ideas from concept through final execution, building mood boards, storyboards, and design systems that communicate the creative vision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of art direction, design, or related creative experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or brand organization.
• Strong typography, composition, color, and design systems.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; able to present creative rationale to senior stakeholders.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support concepting or visual development.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts and visual narratives for campaigns, events, film, digital, and social touchpoints.
• Guide designers, animators, agencies, and production vendors to ensure craft meets approved concepts.
• Present concepts and rationale confidently to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Apply generative AI and emerging technologies to accelerate concepting and production while keeping outputs original and on-brand.
