Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an experienced hands-on Art Director to translate complex business and product ideas into bold, memorable creative across campaigns, events, and digital touchpoints.

You will partner with copywriters, strategists, and the Flex Creative Associate Creative Director to shape concepts from early concept through final execution, guiding designers and vendors while leveraging generative AI thoughtfully.

Based in Dublin, Ireland, you'll join as a hands-on Art Director turning complex business and product ideas into bold, memorable creative, using emerging AI tools to accelerate your process while keeping originality and brand craft at the center.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Develop original creative concepts and visual narratives that turn complex business and product stories into clear, human, memorable experiences across campaigns, events, film, digital, social, and other brand touchpoints.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and the Flex Creative Associate Creative Director (ACD) to shape ideas from early concept through final execution, building mood boards, storyboards, and design systems that communicate the creative vision.
• Guide designers, animators, agencies, and production vendors to ensure final work meets the approved concept and a high bar of craft, while presenting concepts and rationale confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Use generative AI and emerging creative technologies to accelerate concepting, visual exploration, and production, applying strong judgment so every output stays original, inclusive, and on-brand.

You’re Our Person If…

• You have 8+ years of art direction, design, or related creative experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or brand organization, backed by a strong portfolio spanning multiple channels and formats.
• You can turn complex or technical subject matter into simple, audience-centered visual stories, with a strong grasp of typography, composition, color, and design systems.
• You're skilled with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and confident presenting creative rationale to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• You've used generative AI tools to support concepting or visual development, paired with sound judgment about their responsible use. Degree or relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role.
