Qualifications

8+ years of art direction, design, or related creative experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or brand organization, backed by a strong portfolio spanning multiple channels and formats.
Turn complex or technical subject matter into simple, audience-centered visual stories with typography, composition, color, and design systems.
Skilled with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; confident presenting creative rationale to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Degree or equivalent experience; you've used generative AI for concepting or visual development with responsible use.

Responsibilities

Develop original creative concepts and visual narratives across campaigns, events, film, digital, social, and brand touchpoints.
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and the Flex Creative Associate Creative Director to shape ideas from concept to final execution; build mood boards, storyboards, and design systems.
Guide designers, animators, agencies, and production vendors to ensure craft quality; present concepts and rationale to senior stakeholders.
Use generative AI and emerging technologies to accelerate concepting while maintaining originality and brand craft.
