The Experience

Salesforce’s Global Brand & Creative team brings our brand to life across an incredible portfolio of work — from major campaigns to experiences like Dreamforce. As Art Director on the Flex Creative team based in Dublin, Ireland, you’ll provide adaptable, high-craft creative support for high-priority initiatives, turning complex business and product ideas into distinctive, compelling work across brand and event experiences.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Develop original creative concepts and visual narratives that turn complex business and product stories into clear, memorable experiences across campaigns, events, film, digital, social, and other brand touchpoints.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and producers to take ideas from early concept through final execution, establishing visual direction through mood boards, storyboards, and design systems.
• Guide designers, animators, and outside partners to ensure final work meets the approved creative vision and a high craft standard, presenting concepts confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
• Use generative AI and emerging creative tools to accelerate concepting and production, applying strong creative judgment to keep every output original, on-brand, and appropriate.

You’re Our Person If…

• You bring 8+ years of art direction, design, or related creative experience in an agency, in-house creative team, or similarly fast-paced brand environment, backed by a strong portfolio spanning multiple channels and formats.
• You have hands-on proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, and a strong grasp of typography, composition, color, and design systems.
• You’ve partnered with copywriters, strategists, marketers, and production vendors from concept through delivery, and can give clear creative direction without formal people-management responsibility.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

• You’ve used generative AI tools to support concepting, visual development, or production, paired with sound judgment about their responsible use.
• You have experience with B2B, enterprise technology, or other complex global brands.
• You’re comfortable managing multiple assignments and evolving briefs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
