Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in brand management, marketing operations, marketing technology or graphic design.
• Strong teamwork, quick mover and creative thinker.
• You communicate brand standards clearly to audiences outside the brand team, in writing and verbally.
• You stay organized under a high volume of requests without dropping response-time commitments.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front door for brand questions across internal support channels, keeping response time within one business day (a one-day service level agreement, or SLA).
• Manage the Asset Library, keeping it current by uploading new assets, retiring outdated files, and supporting the wider contributor community.
• Maintain Brand Central, our internal brand website, so brand resources stay centralized, current, and easy to find.
• Support brand training, communications, brand review processes, and reporting, looking for ways to automate recurring work.
