Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Creative Lead (ACD) of Flex Creative to provide senior strategic creative leadership in-market, shaping brand moments, events, and campaigns in Dublin. You will drive scale while maintaining craft and consistency across regions, partnering with global design production and operations.

You will hire and mentor art directors, designers, and copywriters, ensuring high-impact work stays in-house and aligned with brand strategy across local teams and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Art/Design required or equivalent.
• Exceptional design skills demonstrated by a world-class portfolio.
• Outstanding presentation abilities and experience pitching to all levels.
• 12+ years of art direction and design in creative agency or client-side group; B2B/tech exposure a plus.
• 8+ years leading and managing a team in a creative environment; global experience a plus.
• Extensive marketing experience across digital, print, interactive, and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide conceptual and strategic creative leadership on brand, events and campaigns.
• Define processes with leadership to scale high-impact work while remaining flexible.
• Partner with Global Design Production leadership to plan intake and volume.
• Hire, onboard and manage a team of art directors, designers and copywriters.
• Act as senior in-region creative mentor to local brand and teams.
• Support messaging alignment and creative continuity regionally when needed.
• Help solve for creative scale and influence across the organization.
• Serve as a brand ambassador guiding direction and consistency.
