Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin, Ireland is seeking an experienced hands-on Art Director to translate complex business and product ideas into bold, memorable creative across campaigns, events, and digital touchpoints.

You will partner with copywriters, strategists, and the Flex Creative Associate Creative Director to shape concepts from early concept through final execution, guiding designers and vendors while leveraging generative AI thoughtfully.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of art direction, design, or related creative experience
• Strong portfolio spanning multiple channels and formats
• Excellent typography, composition, color, and design systems

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts and visual narratives across campaigns, events, and digital touchpoints.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and the ACD to shape ideas from concept to final execution.
• Guide designers, animators, agencies, and production vendors to meet the approved concept with high craft.
• Use generative AI and emerging tech to accelerate concepting while staying original and on-brand.
