Qualifications

• 8+ years of art direction or related creative experience.
• Strong portfolio across channels and formats.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into visual stories.

Responsibilities

• Develop original creative concepts and visual narratives across campaigns, events, film, digital, social, and brand touchpoints.
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and design leadership to shape ideas and build mood boards, storyboards, and design systems.
• Guide designers, animators, agencies, and production vendors to meet craft standards and present concepts to stakeholders.
• Use generative AI and emerging technologies to accelerate concepting while keeping outputs original and on-brand.
