Job summary

The Panel is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its Dublin office. You will be the first point of contact for IT support across the business, assisting colleagues in Dublin and a few international offices.

Reporting to the Infrastructure Director, you will resolve incidents, manage user access, support networks and security, and help maintain documentation and audits. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• L2 support across end users, systems and applications.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and security concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle service desk requests, resolving or escalating issues
• Manage user access and devices through Entra ID, O365 and Intune
• Support networks, firewalls and remote access (VPN, VDI)
• Monitor system alerts and keep support documentation current
• Join weekly SOC calls and run phishing simulations
• Maintain the IT asset register and support audits
