Job summary

The Panel is seeking an experienced Level 3 IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide senior-level technical support across a multi-site enterprise. This role acts as a key escalation point, ensuring infrastructure stability, security, and ongoing improvements.

You will lead 2nd/3rd line support, mentor the IT Service Desk, and design both on-premises and cloud solutions while maintaining security controls and disaster recovery readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure and enterprise support, with min 5 years in a senior position.
• Hands-on networking experience (LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP) with Cisco and Fortinet.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments and infrastructure projects.
• Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell or similar).
• Backup, recovery, monitoring, and disaster recovery experience.
• Familiarity with MDM, SQL Server, SSO/SAML, and VoIP platforms (Webex desirable).
• Must have own transport, be comfortable with frequent regional travel and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support and act as an escalation point for infrastructure incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Support and guide the IT Service Desk and mentor junior team members.
• Design, implement, and support on-premises and cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Maintain security controls, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
