Job summary

Circet Ireland is seeking a proactive IT Service Engineer to join our on-site IT support team in Clondalkin. You will be the first point of contact for end-users, delivering first-line technical support for issues related to Active Directory, Office 365, and common business apps.

A customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Key duties include triaging incidents via phone, email or ticketing, documenting solutions, and assisting with onboarding and equipment setup.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365.
Experience with Windows 11 and basic networking concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Clean driving license and ability to travel around Ireland.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for users via face-to-face, phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Office 365, and Line of Business apps.
Log, track, and manage incidents in the ITSM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2/3 support as needed.
Provide basic hardware and software support.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and equipment prep.
Maintain knowledge base with common issues and solutions.
Follow IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
