Responsibilities

• Operating the commercial dishwasher and ensuring a constant supply of clean plates, cutlery, and glassware for front-of-house staff.
• Pot washing of heavy-duty kitchen equipment, pots, pans, and baking trays.
• Deep cleaning of kitchen surfaces, walls, extraction hoods, and floors.
• Waste management, sorting recycling, and safe disposal of food waste and grease per health and safety regs.
• Basic food prep assistance such as peeling potatoes, washing vegetables, or chopping onions.
• Deliveries and storage: unloading deliveries and organizing stock in walk-in fridges, freezers, and dry storage using FIFO.
