Job summary

Broadline Group is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our Dublin team. You will support breakfast, lunch and dinner services and assist chefs with food prep, presentation and kitchen duties.

Requirements include at least 6 months' experience in contract catering or high-volume hospitality, excellent English, two references and permission to work in Ireland. Shifts include 7am–3pm and 3pm–midnight, with competitive pay of €14.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a catering or kitchen environment, with knowledge of busy kitchen operations and cleaning systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with a professional, well-presented and personable manner.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work flexible shift patterns, including daytime and evening shifts.
• Must have two working references, valid unrestricted permission to work in Ireland, and reliable transport.
• Available Monday to Friday, including shifts such as 7am–3pm and 3pm–midnight.

Responsibilities

• Set up and support breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Assist chefs with food preparation, presentation and general kitchen duties.
• Follow all HACCP, food hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Carry out daily cleaning, deep cleaning, dishwasher duties and heavy-duty pot washing.
• Work efficiently under pressure while following direction from chefs and company procedures.
