Job summary

Hawksmoor Dublin is recruiting a Kitchen Porter to support a busy kitchen team. You will help keep the kitchen clean, safe and well organised during service, washing dishes and assisting with basic prep when needed. This is a hands-on role with a focus on hygiene and efficiency.

You will be part of a warm, welcoming team, with full training provided and opportunities to learn across wine, food safety and more as you grow with the restaurant group.

Qualifications

• Reliable and hardworking with the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong team player who collaborates with chefs and staff.
• Organised and able to work efficiently under pressure.
• Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and organised during service.
• Wash dishes, pots and equipment to a high standard.
