Responsibilities

• Keep the Kitchen Spotless by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment and ensuring work surfaces are clean and sanitary.
• Support the Team by assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks and organising deliveries.
• Manage Waste by disposing of waste and recycling and keeping the area tidy and hazard-free.
• Stock and Organize by restocking ingredients and supplies and keeping kitchen ready for service.
• Ensure Safety by following all health and safety guidelines for a safe kitchen.
