Carluccio's on Dawson Street in Dublin is hiring a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen clean, safe and well‑organised. You will wash dishes, assist chefs and help organise deliveries to ensure service runs smoothly.

• Manage Waste by disposing of waste and recycling and keeping the area tidy and hazard-free.
• Stock and Organize by restocking ingredients and supplies and keeping kitchen ready for service.
• Ensure Safety by following all health and safety guidelines for a safe kitchen.

The Role:

As a Kitchen Porter at Carluccio’s, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our chefs and ensuring that the kitchen is always clean, safe, and well‑organised. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
