Job summary

Carluccio's on Dawson Street is seeking a Kitchen Porter to support our chefs and keep the kitchen clean, safe and well‑organised for every service.

You will wash dishes, utensils and equipment, assist with basic food preparation tasks, help organise deliveries and ensure work surfaces remain sanitary.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Kitchen Spotless: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring work surfaces are clean and sanitary.
• Support the Team: Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, and help with organising and storing deliveries.
• Manage Waste: Properly dispose of waste and recycling, keeping the kitchen area tidy and free of hazards.
• Stock and Organise: Help with the organisation and restocking of ingredients and supplies, making sure the kitchen is always ready for service.
• Ensure Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the kitchen.
