Carluccio’s on Dawson Street is hiring a Kitchen Porter to keep the kitchen clean, safe and well-organised. You will support chefs, wash dishes, assist with basic prep, and help with stock and waste management.

• Keep the Kitchen Spotless: Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and ensuring work surfaces are clean and sanitary.
• Support the Team: Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, and help with organising and storing deliveries.
• Manage Waste: Properly dispose of waste and recycling, keeping the kitchen area tidy and free of hazards.
• Stock and Organise: Help with the organisation and restocking of ingredients and supplies, making sure the kitchen is always ready for service.
• Ensure Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone in the kitchen.
