• Wash, clean, and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and glassware in accordance with food safety standards and organizational protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including floors, work surfaces, and storage areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace
• Dispose of waste and recyclable materials appropriately and safely, following environmental and health regulations
• Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen team, including peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients with precision and care
• Load and operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely, managing high volumes during peak service periods
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained and items are easily accessible
• Support the kitchen team during service periods, responding promptly and professionally to requests and changing priorities
• Adhere to all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times, reporting any concerns to supervisors
• Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor in a timely manner
• Maintain personal hygiene standards and wear appropriate protective clothing throughout your shift
• Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive kitchen environment
