Responsibilities

• Keep all kitchen areas, equipment, crockery, and utensils clean, tidy, and well‑organised.
• Help the chefs to check, accept, and correctly store incoming deliveries.
• Disposing of kitchen waste and recyclables safely and responsibly.
• Assist chefs with food prep tasks if needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team and supporting your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and hospitality services.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high-energy environment.
• A good eye for cleanliness and hygiene.
• A team‑first attitude and a willingness to pitch in.
• Must undergo screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Garda Vetting.
