We seek a graduate with strong analytical abilities, experience in Excel, BI, and CRM systems, and a proactive mindset. The role involves travel across Ireland and collaboration across a growing team at our Limerick head office.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business, Data Analytics, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mind with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Curious and ambitious; takes initiative and owns the role.
• Confident using AI tools and technology to improve efficiency.
• Clear communicator, comfortable presenting to teams and management.
• Team player who supports others and drives team success.
• Experience handling data with Excel, BI, and CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Key Accounts to drive growth using market data.
• Analyse contracts and key accounts to improve satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
• Forecast trends using data and highlight opportunities for the business.
• Analyse account data to tailor product selection and pricing.
• Monitor performance and flag at-risk accounts early.
• Support CRM integration and data governance (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Assist with tender preparation and submissions with competitive edge.
• Maintain central KPI database and deliver regular performance reports.
