• Graduates with a strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience handling data with Excel, BI, and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Desire to take initiative and contribute to commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Key Accounts to define growth strategy using market and company data.
• Analyse contracts and key accounts to improve satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
• Forecast trends with data and highlight opportunities for action.
• Tailor product selection and pricing based on account data and purchase history.
• Monitor account performance and flag at-risk accounts early.
• Support CRM implementation and ongoing integration (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Assist in tender research, analysis, and submissions to build competitive proposals.
• Create and maintain KPI dashboards across major accounts for reporting.
• Produce regular performance reports to the Key Accounts team and senior management.
• Contribute to the development of e-business and online platforms for key accounts.
• Travel around Ireland for customer visits or trade shows; international travel possible.
