Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification.
• NFQ Level 6 or higher in computing OR CompTIA A+ / ITIL V4.
• CEFR C2 proficiency or higher; fluency assessed if no certificate.
• 3 years minimum ICT Helpdesk Experience (junior level in role).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues and provide resolution.
• Support customers and manage service desk tickets end-to-end.
• Administer Teams, maintain service availability and documentation.
• Collaborate with Technical and Customer Services teams; knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and support for Teams users and administrators.
