Job summary

Greyhound Commercial is looking for a Junior Transport Coordinator to join the Commercial Logistics team. This fast-paced, customer-focused role blends customer communication, operational coordination and administration, using the EleMos system to keep records accurate and ensure plans are followed through.

Based in Clondalkin, the position runs Monday to Friday 9:00am–6:00pm with a Saturday rota. The role offers a clear path to develop transport planning and scheduling skills, with a quarterly

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination, dispatch, logistics or operations support.
• Strong written and spoken communication with customers.
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry for bookings and records.
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities to daily deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close out planned jobs in EleMos daily with clear reasons for incomplete work.
• Review daily ring-ahead and at-risk lists; proactively contact customers to resolve issues.
• Confirm next-day jobs with customers and update EleMos by 4pm.
• Handle customer bookings by phone and email with accurate data entry.
• Maintain up-to-date customer, job and container records.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Logistics team to keep operations smooth.
