• Maintain and organize transport documentation including delivery notes and invoices.
• Support resolution of transport-related issues such as delays or route changes.
• Provide general administrative support to office operations.

Your new role includes:

• Assisting in the planning and scheduling of transport routes and deliveries to ensure efficiency and punctuality.
• Coordinating daily communication between drivers, dispatchers, and clients to relay important shipment information.
• Monitoring the progress of shipments and update tracking systems accurately and promptly.
• Maintaining and organising transport documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and compliance records.
• Supporting the resolution of transport-related issues such as delays or route changes in a timely manner.
• Providing general administrative support to support office operations

Experience you need:

• Ideally 2 years of experience with coordination and planning
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of transport operations, route planning, and delivery processes is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in using transport management software and Microsoft Office applications.
