Job summary

Coll-8 Logistics is hiring an experienced Transport Administrator for our busy transport team in Cloghran, Dublin. This is a fully on-site, hands-on role reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will set up new customer accounts, upload jobs to our transport management system, and prepare daily driver paperwork. You will also handle calls, coordinate deliveries, and maintain transport documentation to support operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in transport administration, logistics or a similar fast-paced operation.
• Experience using transport software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work to KPIs.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A flexible, positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up new customer accounts and upload jobs to the transport management system.
• Prepare daily driver paperwork and debrief drivers.
• Handle calls and queries, and coordinate or reschedule deliveries.
• Maintain proof-of-delivery records and accurate transport documentation.
• Produce operational reports and support the Department Manager.
• Complete other transport administration duties as required.
