Qualifications

• Experience in transport planning or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate outbound deliveries in line with customer requirements and capacity.
• Enter and update transport jobs on internal systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Act as a key contact for customers, handling queries, bookings, and pricing of transport jobs.
• Manage customer portals and provide timely updates.
• Resolve delivery and collection issues while maintaining high service standards.
• Identify issues early and respond to minimise disruption.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure efficient operations.
