Elk Recruitment is seeking a Junior Logistics Coordinator for a Kilkenny-based client. This permanent full-time role focuses on planning and coordinating transport routes to ensure efficient deliveries and on-time performance.

The ideal candidate has about 2 years of coordination experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with transport management software and MS Office. A supportive environment with training and development opportunities is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and scheduling transport routes and deliveries to ensure efficiency and punctuality.
• Coordinate daily communication between drivers, dispatchers and clients to relay shipment information.
• Monitor shipment progress and update tracking systems accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and organize transport documentation including delivery notes, invoices, and compliance records.
• Support the resolution of transport-related issues such as delays or route changes in a timely manner.
• Provide general administrative support to support office operations
