The successful candidate must have 3 years in ICT helpdesk, NFQ Level 6 in Computing, and certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL V4, with CEFR C2 proficiency. Hybrid work with onsite presence in Dublin is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in ICT Helpdesk/Support role.
• CEFR C2 proficiency or higher.
• Android (Mobile) OS experience.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose customer technical issues and provide resolution.
• Update and manage the Service Desk management console.
• Provide timely turnaround on service requests and incident reports.
• Support colleagues through documentation, coaching and knowledge sharing.
