Zusammenfassung

Quadient Ireland are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent for our Helpdesk, based in our Dublin office. You will provide first level service support via telephone and email, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues across Quadient’s hardware, software, and systems, and you will keep our CRM updated.

You’ll liaise with Service Engineers, coordinate with internal departments, and handle admin duties such as credifon system management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a client-facing technical service environment.
• Excellent on the phone, personable and confident in talking to customers.
• Organised and able to manage multiple, simultaneous assignments.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.

Aufgaben

• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Liaise with Service Engineers on day-to-day Service and Customer issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Log all help desk interactions.
• Follow up on Customer and Internal requests.
• Identify and escalate where necessary situations requiring urgent attention.
