Job summary

Fivetran is hiring a Junior Deal Desk Analyst to support the International Deal Desk team in Dublin. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to facilitate quoting, contracting, and accurate deal data across systems. This is a full-time hybrid role with two in-office days weekly.

You’ll learn deal structures, assist with contract language reviews, and help ensure revenue recognition and operational compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales operations, finance, contracts, or customer service is helpful.
• Direct Deal Desk experience is not required.
• Familiarity with SaaS or B2B businesses is a plus.
• Comfort working with business systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Support Fivetran’s International Deal Desk team in helping sellers move deals forward accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with teams such as Sales Operations, Finance, Product, Sales Leadership, and Legal to resolve deal questions and keep reviews moving.
• Learn to support Enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, escalating complex or nonstandard requests to experienced Deal Desk colleagues.
• Build knowledge of deal structures and guide Account Executives and Sales Management on options that meet customer needs and align with company policies.
• Work with Finance and Legal to support contract language reviews and ensure revenue recognition and operational requirements.
• Learn to manage quote and contract approval workflows for pricing, discounts, and special terms, following Deal Desk guidelines.
• Support month-end and quarter-end activities by reviewing contracts, order forms, and related documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in training on quote and contracting processes, and help prepare or deliver process guidance for the sales organization.
