Responsibilities

• Set up, configure and provision Android devices for customers.
• Assist with Android OS and security updates.
• Test updates before rollout to customer devices.
• Support deployment of updates across fleets.
• Review CVEs and security implications for Android.
• Schedule updates with customers to minimise disruption.
• Troubleshoot Android devices, connectivity and updates.
• Maintain technical documentation.
• Develop knowledge across Android, networking and device management.
