Job summary

Solas IT Recruitment is seeking an Infrastructure Solutions Engineer in Dublin South to deliver and support LAN, WAN, switching and wireless infrastructure for enterprise environments.

The role includes installing, configuring and maintaining networking technologies, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating with senior engineers and vendor support, and contributing to network health reviews while adhering to SLAs and ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• Practical experience supporting and implementing enterprise network environments.
• Experience with LAN, WAN and WLAN environments, routing and switching.
• Familiarity with network security and firewalls; ability to troubleshoot incidents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support LAN, WAN, switching and wireless infrastructure projects.
• Install, configure and maintain enterprise networking technologies.
• Support customer network, wireless and security environments.
• Diagnose and resolve first/second-line networking incidents.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and vendor technical support teams.
