Job summary

Xenon arc in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an Italian-speaking sales professional to grow revenue within a defined customer segment. You will start with a small portfolio, learn our go-to-market approach, and progressively take on more responsibility.

You will work three days in the office and two from home, report to the Commercial Director, and engage with customers via in-person, phone, and online channels to deliver value and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian speaker; strong English communication required.
• Degree in science-related discipline (Chem Eng, Chemistry) preferred.
• Experience in B2B chemical sales or account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and desk-based sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Expanding revenue within assigned customer segment through multi-faceted engagements.
• Establishing new customer relationships through prospecting & sales efforts.
• Directing customer order forecasts to meet projections.
• Optimizing service levels to ensure a strong customer experience.
• Owning the entire customer experience, including orders, payments, and logistics.
