Job summary

MongoDB is seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) to identify and qualify opportunities in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build enthusiasm around MongoDB and drive outbound campaigns from idea generation through to qualified calls.

You will develop product knowledge, engage with IT and business decision makers, and maintain accurate lead activity in Salesforce while setting sessions for the Sales team.

Qualifications

Self-starter with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
Outstanding communication skills in English (native level).
Time management skills and ability to work independently or with coaching.
Desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment.

Responsibilities

Identify high-potential businesses for MongoDB in EMEA.
Lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation to qualified calls.
Develop strong sales and product knowledge and interact with IT/business decision makers.
Update lead and prospect activity in Salesforce for lead management.
Set qualified introductory meetings for the Sales team.
Nurture early opportunities for future pipeline potential.
Exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity quota.
