Job summary

IPSUS Technologies Limited is seeking an IT Administrator to join our Dublin team. You will manage Active Directory and Office 365, maintain Microsoft 365 Online Environment, and support a range of servers and network equipment.

The role involves deploying updates, configuring devices, and providing remote support including VPN access. Travel to customer sites in Ireland/Europe may be required as part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
• Experience managing Microsoft Intune and mobile devices.
• Experience with printers, servers, networks and related equipment.
• Ability to apply OS updates, patches and configuration changes.
• Strong problem-solving and remote/support skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Active Directory and Office 365 accounts, reset passwords, and manage users.
• Maintain Microsoft 365 Online Environment and AD, file and printer servers.
• Use Intune to manage remote/mobile users and devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, servers, and networks.
• Troubleshoot networks, systems and applications; support second level issues.
• Handle remote access, VPN, and security planning in collaboration with teams.

Requirement as follows

• Active Directory and Office365 administration -add, remove or update user account information, reset passwords
• Maintain, update Microsoft 365 OnlineEnvironment, Microsoft Active Directory, Fileserver, Printer server and othervarious servers.
• Use Microsoft Intune to manage remote andmobile users.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers,workstations, servers, Ethernet networks, network cabling, and other relatedequipment, devices and systems.
• Apply operating system updates, patches andconfiguration changes, as well as other software and application installation,upgrades.
• Install, configure, and maintain personalcomputers, networks, network cabling, printers and other related equipment.
• Investigate user problems, determine solutions,and implement solutions in conjunction with second level support orindividually
• Troubleshoot networks, systems, andapplications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operationaldifficulties.
• Deal with all second level supportrequirements, Remote access, remote support and VPN.
• Plan and implement network security, includingfile permissions, file system integrity, and adding and deleting users.

Requirements

Flexibility to travel if required to customer sites in Ireland andEurope.
