Responsibilities

• Support the operation and optimisation of digital identity and verification solutions.
• Provide timely technical assistance to users through messaging, emails, chat and video channels.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, service endpoints and data pipelines supporting the user community.
• Assist the application support team with testing, documentation and the rollout of integrations and mobile application solutions.
• Prepare and maintain platform procedures, support guides and technical documentation.
• Contribute to IT research and development projects in line with the technology roadmap.
• Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve digital platforms and the user experience.
• Provide IT support to on-site employees.
• Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes through scripting and automation.
• Support ISO 27001, SOC 2 and related certification projects.

IT Support Engineer – Graduate / Entry Level

Arcon Recruitment is seeking an ambitious IT Support Engineer for an entry-level opportunity with a technology business working in AI, machine learning and data quality solutions.

This role would suit a graduate who wants to develop practical technical and business skills while supporting day-to-day IT operations. You will work with internal teams and a global community of users, helping to deliver reliable systems, resolve technical queries and improve the user experience.

The Role

As IT Support Engineer, you will support a range of digital platforms, cloud services and applications. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will contribute to application support, automation, technical documentation and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operation and optimisation of digital identity and verification solutions.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technology discipline.
• Graduate-level scripting experience using Bash, PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with remote monitoring and management tools.
• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exposure to digital identity technology would be an advantage.
