Job summary

Magna Autolaunch seeks an IT Support Analyst to ensure the stability and efficient operation of end-user computers, including hardware, software, and network access. You will provide hands-on and remote support across Magna Autolaunch environments, and help plan changes to systems as required.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on PC hardware experience, Windows 10 proficiency, and solid knowledge of Office 365 tools like Teams and OneDrive.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with PC hardware, Windows 10 operating system.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Teams and OneDrive.
• Experience in configuring, deploying, maintaining, upgrading, and decommissioning desktops, laptops, MFPs, mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• The IT Support Analyst role is to ensure stability, integrity and efficient operation of end-user computers including hardware, software, and network access.
• Provide hands on and remote support for all aspects of computer use.
• Assist in planning and implementing major changes to existing systems and/or implement new systems as required.
• Represent Magna Autolaunch with customers, vendors or with Magna when interface issues arise.
• Establish and follow procedures for security, backup and disaster recovery.
