Job summary

Moffett Automation is seeking an IT Administrator to provide day-to-day technical support across the business, ensuring systems and IT equipment operate effectively and securely. This on-site role involves resolving user issues, managing accounts and supporting the IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a IT-related degree and proven experience in IT support, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and device-management tools like Intune and Entra ID.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
Previous IT support/helpdesk or systems-administration experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues.
Clear communication and ability to support users with varying technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line and second-line technical support to employees.
Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other IT equipment.
Create and manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
Administer Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Support Entra ID, Intune and device-management activities.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Maintain IT asset, licence and equipment records.
Assist with cybersecurity controls and backups.
