Job summary

IT Search is seeking an IT Support Engineer to support its training hub and other sites. This permanent, on-site role in Maynooth combines desktop IT support with AV responsibilities to run day-to-day operations across office, training, and meeting environments.

You'll resolve service desk tickets, set up devices, support Teams and video conferencing, assist with onboarding and asset management, and travel to Dublin region sites as required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Desktop / IT Support
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and AV systems
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and video conferencing solutions
• Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing systems
• Full Irish driving licence (required due to occasional site travel)

Responsibilities

Our client, a growing organisation currently expanding its IT team, is seeking an IT SupportEngineer to support its training hub and additional sites when required.

This role combines Desktop IT Support and Audio Visual (AV) responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across office, training, and meeting environments.

This is a permanent fully position on site in Maynooth, salary guide is €50K p.a. (DOE)

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Full Irish driving licence (required due to occasional site travel)
