Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking an IT-OT Service Lead to oversee delivery of IT-OT services across the organisation. You will manage incidents, change and problem processes, and collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure high service levels.

You will drive governance, risk management, and cybersecurity practices in line with NIS Directive, CIS hardening and IEC 62443, while leading a skilled IT-OT team and coordinating with external suppliers.

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundations and Practitioner certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with ITIL methodologies and implementations.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Relevant third-level qualification or accreditation.
• Demonstrated people management and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT-OT service delivery, incidents and problem management.
• Coordinate with resolver groups and stakeholders for RCA and reviews.
• Governance framework, budgets, cost reporting.
• Drive cybersecurity compliance and vendor risk management.
• Collaborate across IT and business units to improve services.
