Job summary

EFOR in Ireland seeks an experienced Senior IT/OT Infrastructure Engineer to deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot IT and OT infrastructure across project and operational environments.

You will bring a strong background in infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, cybersecurity, and hardware support, with hands-on capability to resolve complex issues and document systems comprehensively.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT/OT project and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cybersecurity and hardware support.
• Experience with Ethernet LAN and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment.
• Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration.
• Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Palo Alto and/or Cisco firewall technologies.
• Copper and fibre cabling infrastructure.
• Technical and systems documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT/OT infrastructure across project and operational environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document system configurations, operations, and validation deliverables.
