Job summary

Anthropic Limited in Dublin is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on end-user IT support across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, and Android. You will handle onboarding/offboarding, access management, and runbooks, while collaborating with IT Engineering and Security.

This role is based in our Dublin office with a 4-day in-office expectation. You’ll contribute to automation, streamline onboarding, and grow into more complex systems over time, joining a fast-paced team focused on reliable AI

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience supporting macOS, ChromeOS, iOS and Android environments.
• Ability to write/run Bash or Python scripts for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and user-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts.
• Diagnose and fix macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android issues and core SaaS platforms.
• Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding/offboarding).
• Create and maintain runbooks and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotations and cross-team escalations.
• Write scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes.
