Job summary

Techforce Talent is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager in Ireland to own IT management, governance, security, and operational resilience within a regulated environment. The role blends IT operations, risk management, project delivery and supplier oversight to ensure secure and resilient services.

You will work with senior management to implement policies, manage third-party providers, and drive improvements across IT infrastructure while addressing regulatory requirements and budgeting

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT governance in regulated environments.
• Strong risk management and cybersecurity understanding.
• Proven ability to manage third-party IT providers and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, connectivity, remote access and telephony services.
• Lead IT maintenance, improvements and change initiatives.
• Manage third-party IT suppliers and monitor SLAs.
• Review and maintain IT policies, procedures and ICT controls.
• Own Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans with regular testing.
• Support Digital Operational Resilience (DORA) requirements.
• Oversee IT incident management and remediation.
• Identify IT security and technology risks with senior leadership.
• Ensure data, systems and network security and backups.
• Develop cybersecurity awareness and training for staff and volunteers.
• Assist with regulatory and compliance requirements with financial regulators.
• Contribute to IT budgeting, forecasting and investments.
• Drive continuous improvement across IT infrastructure and governance.
