Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Senior IT Lead & Client Success Manager to align IT strategy with business goals across two Dublin sites. You’ll lead a 3–5 person desktop support team, manage budgets, govern IT operations, and partner with clients and senior stakeholders to drive measurable ROI and service excellence.

You will own regional IT service delivery, chair CAB meetings, drive CSI initiatives, and ensure GDPR compliance and business continuity while translating tech

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IT environments.
• Minimum 5 years leading IT teams within a BPO, Managed Services, or large enterprise environment.
• Experience managing operational budgets.
• Proven experience managing enterprise service delivery and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership: Represent IT on the Dublin Leadership Team and shape regional tech initiatives.
• Own the regional IT operating and capital budgets and drive ROI, operational efficiencies, and commercial value.
• Lead governance around change management, security, GDPR compliance, and business continuity planning.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 3–5 Desktop Support Engineers and act as senior escalation point for Incidents.
